One-Hour AI ("we," "us") offers one-on-one sessions that help people set up AI tools for work and everyday life. This policy explains what information we collect through onehour-ai.com and our sessions, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request our free guide.
- Booking details, when you schedule a session: your name, email, the task you describe, and your answers to our booking and prep questions.
- Payment information, which is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Information you show us during a session. Sessions happen over video call, and you may share your screen. You stay in control of your own accounts; we never ask for your passwords. We don't record sessions unless you agree first.
- Website usage information, such as pages visited, device type, and how you arrived at our site, collected through the analytics and advertising tools described below.
How we use it
- To deliver the free guide and send a short series of follow-up emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To schedule, prepare for, and deliver your sessions, and to send your session recap.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To understand how visitors use our site and measure whether our ads are working.
- To share your feedback or testimonial, only with your permission and using your first name only unless you agree otherwise.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:
- Kit for email signups and emails.
- Cal.com for scheduling.
- Stripe for payments.
- Google Workspace for email, calendar, documents, and video calls.
- Cloudflare for hosting this website and privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising, described below.
Cookies and advertising
Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to record actions such as visiting a page, clicking a booking button, or requesting the guide. Meta uses this information to measure our ads and to show ads to people who may be interested in our services. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at hello@onehour-ai.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
